Collaborating with other researchers—no matter where they work (worldwide)—should be easy. NVivo Collaboration Cloud is an add-on module for research teams. Each team member needs a valid NVivo license and an assigned Collaboration Cloud seat to be invited to NVivo Collaboration projects. This module enables the secure exchange of research data in a cloud-based environment.

Streamline collaboration
When working with NVivo Collaboration, you can bring together the right people to collect the best research results into a central project file. For teams distributed around the world collaborating on research projects, the Collaboration Cloud module enables research from multiple locations.

If you are using the latest version of NVivo and Collaboration Cloud, multiple people can work on a cloud project at the same time to update, code, and analyze research findings in real time. Projects are uploaded to a secure location in the cloud by the project manager ("Project Owner"), then team members are added and clone the cloud project to their computers, from where they can work on the cloud project.

Cooperation between Windows and Mac
By synchronizing projects between Mac and Windows, the latest version of NVivo and Collaboration Cloud eliminates the file conversion process. With NVivo and NVivo Collaboration Cloud, users can open projects on Mac and Windows. 

Secure central location
With NVivo and Collaboration Cloud, you can easily share collaborative projects with your team. Master projects are stored by the cloud's "project owner" and are accessible to team members from anywhere in the world.

Work offline
Project data from a Collaboration Cloud project can also be edited offline and then synchronized.If team members are working on the project offline, the cloud project will be synchronized as soon as they have an internet connection. 

NOTE Project owners must use the same email address when logging into NVivo that they used when purchasing Collaboration Cloud.
